Meet Duygu

My work as an executive coach is shaped by more than two decades of global HR leadership experience within multinational organisations such as Unilever and Reckitt.

Today, I support executives navigating complex decisions, leadership transitions and pivotal moments of change.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), working internationally with leaders to strengthen clarity, presence and grounded decision-making.
